Tufa laughs when she describes how much her five-year-old son likes the Skyline Advantage Center at her affordable housing community. “All the time he wants to come down here,” she says, gesturing to the computer lab and service center on the first floor of the apartment building.

CommonBond's Advantage Service programs provide adults and their families with the tools they need to build successful, stable homes and vibrant communities. We focus on three key areas:
- Employment and Financial Stability
Our employment programs help working-age residents find and keep jobs. In addition to comprehensive job readiness, job search, and professional development services, we offer job placement programs, financial coaching, financial literacy education, job clubs, and ongoing employment support.
- Education
Our adult education programs give residents the tools and resources they need to succeed at work and in everyday life. Adult educational programs include English Language Learning classes, one-to-one adult tutoring classes, and citizenship classes.
- Family Support
Raising a family can be challenging. CommonBond offers a variety of family support services, including after school and summer programs for children (to learn more, follow this link to our youth services), and community building events and celebrations.
