Market Rate Housing
There are no income limits or special requirements for living in market rate communities. Rents in market rate communities can vary greatly, depending on where the community is located and the age of the community, but are based on current market prices. Residents in our Market Rate communities must prove they make enough income to pay the rent and meet our credit, criminal, and previous rental housing standards.
