Comprehensive Compliance Expert
Compliance and accounting staff located at our headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota, work together to assure the properties we serve are in compliance with all housing programs established during the financing of the property. CommonBond uses Yardi, an industry leading web-based software program, to track all rent in real time.
CommonBond’s Compliance Department will assist your organization in bringing untouchable files back into compliance. CommonBond will assure that you meet all compliance requirements and complete all reporting requirements. CommonBond can also build the capacity of your staff to maintain compliance and complete all reporting requirements.
