Senior Living

CommonBond offers rental programs and services designed especially for seniors and their unique needs. In some of our communities, residents pay rent based on their income and in others the rent is pre-determined by the rental community. We also provide market rate housing for seniors whose income may not allow them to qualify for some of our more affordable options.

Please take a moment to browse through the communities we have and contact a community you may be interested in. The staff at our communities will be more than helpful in explaining the rental program or programs provided at their community and how to apply!

CommonBond Communities has earned a national reputation for excellence in developing and managing quality affordable housing. Find an affordable apartment or townhome with us!
