CommonBond's on-site Advantage Centers provide a youth-friendly environment where young residents can develop the skills and abilities they need to succeed academically and in their personal lives. Professional staff and trained volunteers provide an array of youth services, including:

- Pre-school & family learning opportunities like Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) and other school readiness programs
- Tutoring and homework help (Homework Center)
- Reading Is Fundamental book distribution

Convenient on-site access
Most CommonBond properties include an on-site computer lab within the Advantage Center and an outdoor playground for children.
