Our response to COVID-19

CommonBond Communities continues to respond to the changing needs of our residents as we move through the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout the uncertainty, the needs of CommonBond residents evolve but don’t disappear—and our work doesn’t stop. Here are some of the measures we’re taking to address the health and wellbeing of our residents:

• Halting evictions, waiving late-rent fees, and offering flexible rent payment plans.
• Linking people to resources for financial support, food options, internet, and educational tools.
• Delivery of food and cleaning supplies for our most vulnerable residents.
• Outreach calls to isolated senior residents.
• Connection to mental health resources for residents in need of emotional health support.
• Economic counseling and assistance with unemployment, rental assistance, and job applications.
