Please join us in celebrating the grand opening of our new CommonBond community in Cedar Rapids: Crestwood Ridge. Crestwood provides much-needed affordable housing on the northwest side of Cedar Rapids, as well as five units designated for people experiencing chronic homelessness. Bringing Crestwood Ridge to life was a process that required significant listening and perseverance, and we look forward to welcoming you and sharing the asset that Crestwood is for the Cedar Rapids community.
