Support Iowa Affordable Housing with a Donation Today

With your philanthropy and support of affordable housing, CommonBond is able to offer safe housing and support services to more than 13,000 people throughout the Upper Midwest. With your donation to support affordable housing in Iowa we can continue our work across The Hawkeye State.

Our mission — to build stable homes, strong futures and vibrant communities — is unwavering, in spite of mounting social unrest throughout the country and the lingering effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Backed by our five decades of experience, it’s critical we work together to meet the challenges our communities face today, as we continue providing affordable housing opportunities and support services.

We appreciate your philanthropy, and invite you to support affordable housing opportunities by making your donation below.

With so many people in our communities facing poverty, it may seem difficult to know how best to help. At CommonBond, we believe that when everyone participates in building better tomorrows, we will create lasting change. When communities come together, we all win.

CommonBond celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2021, and with your donation to support affordable housing in Iowa, we aim to continue providing safe, affordable housing for another five decades.

Whether making a recurring monthly gift, gifting stock, giving a one-time gift in any amount or you want to make a memorial for a deceased friend or loved one, we’re thankful for your philanthropy and support of affordable housing.

We’re proud of the students living in our communities. 92% of teen program participants engaged in future/post-secondary planning, helping them gain access to opportunities that will propel them toward bright futures.

Despite the deep economic challenges brought on by the pandemic, last year 140 residents secured new jobs or advanced in their careers through our Advantage Services employment programming.

73% of health and wellness exercise class participants in our senior housing communities maintained or improved their strength and coordination. We are happy to help residents prioritize their health and well-being!
