CommonBond’s Gala – Celebration of Home – is one of the Twin Cities’ premier social events. This annual fundraiser celebrates the work of CommonBond Communities with our partners who share the vision that a stable home, along with supportive programs and services, can change lives for the better.
We’ve gone virtual again this year!
CommonBond has decided to move from an in-person format to a virtual program again this year. We are confident that this is the best option that allows us to honor our supporters and preserve the health and safety of our guests. Of all our goals for the gala – providing an engaging and uplifting celebration of our work, thanking and stewarding our supporters, showcasing corporate partners – safety is paramount.
This year marks CommonBond’s 50th Anniversary. Since the very beginning of our organization, we’ve witnessed how having a safe, stable place to call home empowers people to reach their goals and thrive. And after an especially challenging year, we’ve seen how that critical component of housing stability has enabled folks to both step up for one another and rely on their neighbors in times of need.
Celebration of Home raises funds to support CommonBond’s Advantage Services, which promote housing stability, education, employment, youth services, independence for seniors, and community building among our residents. All proceeds benefit the youth, seniors, families, and individuals with disabilities who call CommonBond home.
Join us November 4, at 7:00 PM, for a half hour of compelling storytelling of how CommonBond transforms lives by making home possible. We’ll celebrate your generosity and our partnership that allow us to make a positive impact on thousands of families in our community. We couldn’t move our mission forward without you!
