On December 2, we celebrated the grand opening of three CommonBond housing communities:
The three properties offer a total of 163 new affordable apartment homes to families. All of these new housing communities accept Section 8 vouchers, and each property reserves seven apartment homes for families moving out of homelessness.
Through this virtual grand opening, we heard from CommonBond residents and staff, Minnesota Housing Commissioner Jennifer Ho, the mayors of Eden Prairie, Shakopee, and Mankato, and our CEO Deidre Schmidt!
