CommonBond’s Involvement at the Ford Site

CommonBond is excited to be involved in the Ford site redevelopment in St. Paul! Our four-story, 60-unit senior housing community will be just south of Ryan Companies’ six-level mixed-use building planned at the northeast corner of the site. We're set to begin construction in early 2021. We are proud to be contributing to making this site an even more livable, accessible, and vibrant community for current and future neighbors alike.

I have noted the email response above and I would just like to hone in on that answer a bit more. I am a Community Health Worker and have a 63 year old client who is interested in affordable housing through Common Bond at the new facility you are building at the Old Ford Plant. Any time frame as to when the senior housing unit will be built and when the waiting list will open up?
